How to forget someone we do love.

I am a 42 married female with 2 great kids (12 & 10) and 1 great husband.
I failed to stop remember someone I do love from my past time. I do cry everyday thinking of him. Maybe I am psychopath but I do not want to see psychologist. I read psychopathic books but tears keep dropping with no mercy.....  (Caroline)cry
